Ignite Legacy (“Ignite Legacy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, opt in to our content, join our masterclasses, or purchase and use our programs, community, and reseller tools (together, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

01

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • —Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and Instagram handle when you opt in, register for a masterclass, book a call, or contact us.
  • —Account information such as your login details and profile information when you create an account in our course, community, or platform.
  • —Purchase information such as your billing name, billing address, and transaction details. Payments are processed by third-party providers like Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
  • —Reseller information. If you join our reseller program, we collect the details needed to set up your account and pay your commissions. Payouts go through Stripe Connect, which collects identity and banking information directly from you under its own terms.
  • —Content you share, such as posts, comments, messages, survey answers, and call or application responses.

Information collected automatically

  • —Device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on our pages.
  • —Cookies and tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and analytics tools that help us understand how our pages perform and show you relevant ads.

Information from third parties

  • —Information from social media platforms, advertising partners, booking tools, and referral or affiliate partners, such as when you reach us through an Instagram message or a partner’s link.
02

We use your information to:

  • —Deliver our courses, community, masterclasses, coaching, and platform features
  • —Process payments, subscriptions, and reseller commissions

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • —Service providers who help us run our business, such as payment processors (Stripe), hosting and database providers, CRM and email/SMS platforms, scheduling tools, video and webinar platforms, and analytics and advertising partners. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • —Program partners. If you choose to buy products or join a company through us, we may share the details needed to process your order or registration with that company.
  • —Team members and leaders inside our community who support your onboarding, calls, or training, where this is needed to serve you.
  • —Legal reasons, when we are required to by law or need to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
  • —Business transfers, if our business is merged, sold, or restructured.

Connected Calendars

If you use Call Calendar, you can choose to connect your Google or Apple iCloud calendar so your booking pages don’t offer times you’re already busy.

  • —What we read. Only the start and end times of busy periods on your calendars, for about the next 60 days. We do not read or store event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations or any other event details. For Google, we also read your list of calendars, to know which ones are yours, and your Google account email address, to show you which account is connected.
  • —What we don’t do. We never create, change or delete anything in your calendar. We don’t sell your calendar information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the hosting providers that run the platform. It is used only to work out which booking times to offer on your own pages.
  • —How we store it. Busy periods are stored as start and end times only. The sign-in we receive from Google, or your Apple app-specific password, is stored encrypted.
  • —Disconnecting. You can disconnect at any time in Call Calendar. Your stored busy times are deleted straight away, and for Google we also ask Google to cancel Legacy HQ’s access. You can remove access from your Google Account too, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • —Google API Services. Ignite Legacy’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
05

Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies and pixels to remember your preferences, measure page performance, and show you ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can control cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your social media account settings. Turning off cookies may affect how some parts of our site work.

06

Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may contact you by email, SMS, or direct message. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us. Message and data rates may apply to texts. We will still send account and purchase messages related to your transactions.

07
