These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and access to The Legacy Pathway offered by Ignite Legacy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our platform at ignitelegacy.co (the “Platform”). By completing a purchase, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not complete the purchase. Your purchase constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
Your one-time purchase of The Legacy Pathway — Ignite Legacy Discovery Process grants you immediate access to the following digital products and services:
All content is delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped. Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share, resell, or grant access to your account or any included content.
Your purchase is processed securely through Stripe. Ignite Legacy does not store your card details. The $99.00 USD payment is charged once at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges, subscription fees, or upsells required to access the included content.
In the event of a failed payment or chargeback initiated by you, your account access will be suspended immediately pending resolution. Any chargeback filed after receiving access to the digital product may result in permanent account termination and may be disputed by Ignite Legacy.
All sales are final. Ignite Legacy does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Because The Legacy Pathway is a digital product that is delivered immediately upon purchase, we are unable to “unsell” or recover access once it has been granted. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:

Where these Terms or our marketing materials refer to “Lifetime Access,” this means access for as long as the Ignite Legacy Platform remains active and operational — it does not mean the duration of your own life.
Ignite Legacy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: business decisions, technical limitations, legal requirements, or cessation of operations. In such an event, no refund will be owed.
The Monthly Group Calls are provided as a bonus at Ignite Legacy’s sole discretion. We commit to hosting them for as long as the Platform is running, but we reserve the right to adjust the frequency, format, or hosting of these calls at any time. No refund will be issued due to changes in call scheduling or format.
We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any major changes to service availability, but we cannot guarantee continuity of any specific feature or content beyond what is available at the time of your purchase.
Ignite Legacy makes no income guarantees or earnings representations of any kind. Any income examples shared on our Platform, in our community, or in marketing materials are illustrative only and are not typical results.
Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, background, experience, and market conditions. Purchasing The Legacy Pathway does not guarantee any specific outcome, financial result, or business success.
All content within The Legacy Pathway — including but not limited to videos, audio, written materials, workbooks, graphics, and course structure — is the intellectual property of Ignite Legacy and is protected by copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal development purposes only. You may not:
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
By accessing the Platform and community, you agree to conduct yourself with respect and integrity. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or terminate account access — without refund — for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with a positive community environment.
This includes but is not limited to: harassment, spam, sharing of login credentials, recording or distributing community sessions without consent, or any unlawful activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ignite Legacy and its owners, team members, affiliates, and resellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content within it.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for The Legacy Pathway ($99.00 USD). This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Ignite Legacy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or platform notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
You agree that any claim arising from your purchase of The Legacy Pathway must be brought within one (1) year of the date of purchase, after which such claim is permanently barred.
